Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Co., Ltd.) can develop new fan products, and can also carry out technical transformation on fans in use, including structural and functional optimization transformation, fan energy-saving transformation and fan capacity expansion transformation.

1. Reasonable and accurate type selection design can be carried out according to the flow, pressure, density, etc. provided by the user. The selected fan type can reduce the manufacturing cost and operation cost as much as possible on the premise of meeting the user's requirements.

2. When the proper fan type cannot be selected for the performance parameters required by the user, special research and design can be carried out. Based on years of R&D and design experience, the new products can ensure reliable performance, reasonable structure, stable operation, high efficiency and energy saving.

3 The advanced energy-saving fan technology is adopted to replace the low efficiency fan or the fan with excessive design margin in operation. While achieving the same workload (air volume, air pressure), the matching of fans in the system is maintained, so as to obtain economic operation effect and achieve the goal of energy-saving transformation.

4. Improve the capacity of the existing fan, optimize the model selection design according to the air volume and air pressure after the capacity increase proposed by the user, and achieve the goal of increasing the air volume and air pressure of the fan by replacing efficient fan impeller or as few components as possible, so as to achieve the goal of increasing production and capacity. Combined with the original foundation position and the configuration of inlet and outlet pipes, the design scheme of replacing only the fan impeller or body can save the project cost and shorten the project time.
