Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Co., Ltd.) is the national centralized technical institute of fan industry. It has three functional departments, Shenyang Lansheng Fan Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. (Mechanical Industry Fan Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center); Secretariat of National Technical Committee for Fan Standardization; Fan Technology magazine, China Fan Technology Network.
1、 Shenyang Lansheng Fan Testing and Certification Co., Ltd., Mechanical Industry Fan Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center
Shenyang Lansheng Fan Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. was formerly the fan testing laboratory of Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Co., Ltd.). In 2001, it obtained CNAS laboratory qualification with laboratory number of L1544 and CMA inspection and testing organization qualification certificate. It is a more authoritative, professional and third-party legal testing institution authorized by the state in China's fan industry.
After years of development, the testing center now has an experimental base of more than 1800 square meters. Including: 80kW DC motor speed regulating test bench, 250kW DC motor speed regulating test bench, 20kW, 30kW AC motor test bench, inlet/outlet test bench of 3M * 3M air chamber, test bench of Roots blower, jet fan thrust test bench, blower and compressor test bench. The test bench of this testing center adopts automatic acquisition and processing system for performance test.
2、 Secretariat of National Fan Standardization Technical Committee
The National Technical Committee for Fan Standardization, established in November 1991, is the centralized unit for the preparation and revision of fan industry standards. The Secretariat of the Standardization Committee is attached to Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Co., Ltd.). The committee members are composed of experts from national fan industry manufacturers, inspection and testing institutions, key colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, etc. To be responsible for all work assigned by the National Standards Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the China Machinery Industry Federation; to be responsible for the project establishment, preparation and revision of national standards and industrial standards for the fan industry; to be responsible for the review and reporting of standards; to be responsible for the organization and transformation of international standards for fans and turbine compressors. Responsible for providing domestic and foreign standardization information to the national fan industry plants, and promoting and implementing the fan industry standards for the national fan industry.
3、 Fan Technology magazine, China Fan Technology Network
Fan Technology, founded in 1959, is an earlier and only professional technical journal in China's turbine machinery industry. The content includes: compressor, blower, ventilator, gas turbine, steam turbine, expander, aeroengine and other products.
Fan Technology magazine has gradually established a comprehensive all media network platform in recent years. Its subsidiaries include: turbine machinery website, fan technology magazine website, and China International Turbine Machinery Academic Association website.
The China International Turbine Machinery Association was founded in 2013 by the Journal of Fan Technology. It is the only international academic conference in the domestic turbine machinery industry, and has become a window for the industry to face the world. It is the center of information and technology exchanges across the industry chain, connecting enterprises and universities.
The China International Turbine Machinery Industry Alliance is the only alliance organization in the industry. It is an industrial technology innovation strategic alliance launched by SBW Group for domestic and foreign turbine machinery and its supporting enterprises with the strategic goal of promoting industrial technology progress. The secretariat of the alliance is located in Fan Technology magazine.
