Transfer and promotion of patent technology for high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal fan model

Shenyang Blower Research Institute and Fluid Research Institute of Tsinghua University have jointly promoted the technical development of the fan industry, committed to scientific and technological innovation in the fan industry, and successfully developed seven series of models of high-efficiency centrifugal fans.

This series of model design technology has been selected as the national key energy-saving technology by the National Development and Reform Commission, and has been included in the National Key Energy Saving and Low Carbon Technology Promotion Catalog. All energy-saving technologies included in the catalog are publicized to the whole society to guide the application of new technologies by energy-saving units and promote energy conservation and utilization.

This series of models have the following characteristics:

1. High efficiency and energy saving

The fan efficiency of the seven series of models is higher than the level 1 energy efficiency.

2. Selection advantages

The performance of the seven series of models fills the gap in the series type spectrum of centrifugal fans, and the dimensionless performance is distributed in the common areas of fan product selection. It solves the problems such as poor fan performance, low efficiency and large product size caused by difficult selection, and has strong competitiveness in technical bidding.

3. Patent protection

Among them, 5 series of models have won national invention patents and are protected by national patents.

4. Application of scientific research achievements

The enterprise can apply to the local government for new product technology introduction project based on this series of model design technologies.

5. Real and reliable performance

At present, the series of models have been transferred to more than 50 enterprises and have been applied to new product design. Some of these enterprises have manufactured prototypes to verify the authenticity of the performance of this series of models.

6. Expand the production scale and varieties of the enterprise and create new profit growth points for the enterprise

1) The enterprise that has obtained the transferred technology has the technical advantage in the project bidding, which can quickly occupy the market and expand the profit growth point of the enterprise.

2) Promote the upgrading of products and bring opportunities to enterprises.

3) Products with the energy efficiency label of Grade 1 can be declared to be included in the Recommended Catalogue of Energy saving Mechanical and Electrical Equipment (Products) and the Catalogue of Energy Efficiency Stars.
