Introduction to the Standardization Committee:
The National Technical Committee for Fan Standardization (TC187) was established on November 29, 1991 (Technical Supervision Bureau Biao Fa [1991] No. 611), and its secretariat is attached to Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Co., Ltd.). The committee is composed of senior experts from the manufacturers of the national fan product industry, key colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and inspection and test institutions, and currently has 59 members.
The National Technical Committee for Fan Standardization (TC187) is responsible for various standard development tasks issued by the National Standards Committee, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the China Machinery Industry Federation; Responsible for the initiation, drafting, review, formulation, revision and submission of national standards, industrial standards and group standards in the field of fans such as fans, blowers, roots fans, turbine compressors and energy recovery turbine expanders; On behalf of China and the International Organization for Standardization ISO/TC117 Technical Committee on Fans and ISO/TC118/SC1 Technical Committee on Turbo-compressors, to carry out the corresponding management work of the transformation, development and review of international standards in the field of fans; Be responsible for providing standardized information resources at home and abroad to the national fan industry plants; Responsible for the publicity and implementation training of relevant national and industrial standards for the national fan industry.
Development history:
The first session of the National Technical Committee for Fan Standardization (TC187) was established on November 29, 1991 (Technical Supervision Bureau Biao Fa [1991] No. 611). The secretariat is attached to Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Co., Ltd.). The members of the committee are re-selected every five years. By 2022, it has developed to the seventh session. We adhere to the market demand-oriented and service enterprise as the purpose, constantly expand the business scope of the Standards Committee, and continue to realize our value in the future development.
How to join the Standardization Committee:
1. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Administrative Provisions of the National Technical Committee for Standardization and the Articles of Association of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Fans.
2. Members may come from enterprises, scientific research institutes, testing institutions, colleges and universities, industry associations, consumer representatives, certification agencies and other relevant aspects of production, use and distribution.
3. It shall have a professional and technical title of intermediate or above, or a position corresponding to the professional and technical title of intermediate or above;
4. Understand the production and management of relevant industries, and have worked in this industry for more than 5 years; Familiar with and enthusiastic about standardization;
5. Be able to actively participate in the activities organized by the Standardization Technical Committee and pay the membership fee.
6. An application for joining the National Fan Standardization Committee needs to be written in the name of the unit.
