The Mechanical Industry Fan Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center (Shenyang Lansheng Fan Testing and Certification Co., Ltd.

The Center is a third-party fan energy efficiency testing laboratory for energy efficiency labeling that has been filed, and a testing laboratory for fan energy saving products recognized by CQC China Quality Certification Center. It can issue inspection reports on energy efficiency and CQC, and has the performance testing qualification and capability for fire fan (3C) certification, and can issue inspection reports on fire fan (3C).

Performance test of 3C certification of fire fan:

Our center is a fire fan performance testing laboratory approved by the Fire Product Qualification Assessment Center of the Ministry of Public Security, and is fully qualified and capable of providing users with fire fan performance testing. Up to now, we have completed the performance testing of more than 1000 fans for fire fan manufacturers in Shandong, Guangdong, Zhejiang and other regions. With professional, accurate and fast services, we have shortened the testing and certification cycle for users and won customer recognition and industry praise.

Performance test of CQC product certification:

CQC fan energy-saving certification is one of the product certification businesses carried out by China Quality Certification Center. As a testing laboratory for energy-saving fan products recognized by CQC China Quality Certification Center, our center can provide energy-saving fan performance testing services. Up to now, we have completed the testing of more than 100 CQC fan products for more than ten enterprises and issued reports recognized by China Quality Certification Center, helping many customers quickly complete the certification of CQC products.

Energy efficiency label Fan performance test:

In order to promote the progress of energy-saving technology and improve energy efficiency, China has implemented the energy efficiency labeling management system for ventilator products since November 1, 2010. Under the general trend of energy conservation and emission reduction in China, as the main equipment of energy consumption, it will be a general trend to apply energy efficiency labels to all aspects of fan products. As a third-party energy efficiency label filing laboratory recognized by China Energy Efficiency Label Management Center, our center can provide users with performance test services for the filing of energy efficiency labels of ventilator products, and issue reliable inspection reports.

Field performance test of ventilator:

Our center has a number of experienced professional and technical personnel to formulate a practical test plan for customers according to the specific situation on site, and help the user and the buyer complete the third-party arbitration fan testing; At the same time, the testing center also provides testing services for enterprises in terms of on-site product transformation, and tests the effect of transformation through on-site performance testing of fans before and after transformation. Our technicians bring high-precision measuring equipment to the user's production site to provide professional, accurate and fast on-site fan performance testing and arbitration testing services, and issue accurate and rigorous testing reports.

Performance test of Roots blower:

The center has a professional Roots blower test bench and measuring device, which can provide customers with testing work on flow, pressure rise, vibration, noise and other items of Roots blower in strict accordance with standards. So far, we have provided testing services for Roots blower manufacturers such as Changsha Blower Works Co., Ltd., Shandong Sanniu Machinery Co., Ltd., Shandong Linfeng Technology Co., Ltd., Beside Machinery (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., Pinghu Heiwei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and have been praised by customers.
