Fan automatic test system (laboratory)
With strong technical strength and rich practical experience, the Center successfully developed the automatic collection and measurement system for fans, roots blowers and centrifugal blowers in 2006. For more than ten years, it has been committed to the research of testing technology, making the testing methods and standards in use keep pace with the international level. Since 2010, our center has cooperated with the Shenyang Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to combine professional fan testing technology with advanced automation technology, completed the upgrading of the automatic collection system, and put it into use in our center. We have completed the testing of thousands of fan products.
By the beginning of 2022, testing systems for fans, blowers, compressors and roots blowers have been established for more than 120 enterprises, which has improved the testing technology level of enterprises and promoted the technical development of the fan industry.
Technical advantages of the test system:
1. As the drafting unit of performance test standards for fans, blowers, compressors and Roots blowers, it ensures the accuracy of test device design and data processing.

3. The test system can automatically determine the fan energy efficiency grade, input the motor efficiency curve, and automatically generate a performance report at one time.

Test system features:
The automatic testing system for fans, roots blowers, blowers and compressors is a complete set of automatic testing system that combines software and hardware and complies with GB/T1236-2017, JB/T8941.1 (2) - 2014, JB/T3165-1999 and GB/T25630-2010 standards. The system includes sensors, acquisition equipment, operation platform and special industrial software.
